Anand Srot Beh Raha Aur Tu Udaas HaiLook around you. Peace is overflowing in form of a river right in front of your eyes, but you are still so sad. You are a fish and it is so strange that despite of being in water, you are still unable to quench your thirst.

Each petal of each flower carries the fragrance; each fiber, each cell of the the sugarcane is filled with sweetness; in this exact same manner, God exists everywhere and in each particle of this entire universe.

Open your eyes, use your wisdom and practice your enlightenment, and just try to envision; what you are seeking for is what you already own, what you already have and what will be yours forever.

Try to take out some time to purify yourself; the materialistic and the worldly desires are not the only purpose of this human life.

Look around you. Peace is overflowing in form of a river right in front of your eyes, but you are still so sad. You are a fish and it is so strange that despite of being in water, you are still unable to quench your thirst.

My Nani always smiled. She protected me from my own mother. She wouldn’t let anyone raise any sort of voice on me. My faults, my excuses, my mischiefs – as long as I could race into my Nani’s room and hide behind her white cotton “sooti” sari, I was safe. At night, when I couldn’t fall asleep, I would go and wrap my arms around her jelly-soft tummy – it brought me comfort. Comfort, as if nothing will ever go wrong again. Comfort, as if there is no care in the world. Comfort, that one can only find in a mother’s lap.
